Tournament Food and Beverage Menu
Falcon Lakes offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets presented in a beautiful display with decorated chafing dishes, table linens, chinaware, and silverware. Our professionally trained and dressed staff will provide first class service. The Falcon Lakes newly remodeled Banquet Room with spectacular views of the golf course and lake will be set per your instructions with new large cushioned banquet chairs and linens on all tables. Our newly installed state of the art sound system including wireless microphone and large projection screen are available to make your awards and presentations memorable.

8.3% Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge will be added to each meal.
Beverage Options:
All buffet options include your choice of coffee, fountain soda, lemonade, iced tea and/or water served in the Banquet Room during the time of the food service. All other types of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are presented at our beautiful bar in the Banquet Room at an additional charge. The bar service by our professional staff can be as a cash bar, open bar, or by issued drink tickets. 20% gratuity will be added to the open bar or drink ticket options. Beverage service on the golf course during tournament play is provided from specially designed beverage carts with trained personnel.
