Falcon Lakes is known for our excellent customer service.  Whether it's a small tee time, modified shotgun, or full shotgun event, our professional staff takes great pride in the service we give to each and every group that visits our course.  From the moment you and your outing participants pull into our parking lot, you will be treated like a member of your own private country club.  Our experienced staff will take care of every detail, from professional bag-drop service to professional scoring and results sheet after play.

All of our Falcon Lakes tournament packages include full access to our premier practice facilities.  Your tournament participants can warm up using our zoysia grass hitting area that is well-marked for yardage, our bent grass chipping green with its green-side bunkers, and our large multi-tiered putting green.

Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy the beauty and playability of Falcon Lakes, named one of Kansas City's Top 3 Public Courses by the Kansas City Golf Guide 2009.  This past year we have taken steps to make our golf course even more beautiful and friendly.  We selectively reduced native grasses to improve the playability of the course.  We strategically planted over 550 trees, 10 to 20 feet tall, to increase aesthetics without affecting play.  Our focus in 2010 is to provide the best green surfaces in the Kansas City area.

We have also recently given our clubhouse a major facelift!  We repainted our banquet room, installed new window treatments, and added large cushioned banquet chairs.  Our beautiful banquet room with its spectacular view of the golf course and lake is a first-class area for your pre- and post-tournament gatherings and meals.  We also repainted and installed new window treatments in The Falcon's Nest Pub and Grill on the lower level and added new poker tables, comfortable captain's chairs, four large plasma screens, a sound system, and other decor to give it that "club" feel.  All of our tournament packages include the use of our wireless microphone, podium, and large projector screen.

We have added delicious new menu options for our tournament buffets.  We present all our buffets in a first-class manner, with beautifully decorated chaffing dishes, table linens, china ware, and silverware.  All of our staff are professionally dressed and trained.
